These terms govern access to K-Mingle. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use K-Mingle as a venue-first, public-place-first social discovery platform.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use dating, mingle, request, messaging, and meetup features.
Use accurate account information, keep your password private, do not impersonate others, and do not create accounts to evade moderation.
Venue-first use
Mingle requests, today plans, and meetups should be tied to listed public K-Spots or approved K-culture events. Do not use K-Mingle to pressure users into private or unsafe locations.
You are responsible for your decisions before, during, and after meeting another person. K-Mingle helps discovery and coordination, but does not guarantee compatibility, attendance, venue quality, or user behavior.
User conduct
Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, sexually pressure, discriminate, spam, scrape, scam, or share illegal content.
Do not upload photos or content that you do not have rights to use, or that exposes another person's private information without consent.
Rewards, partners, and events
Rewards, campaigns, promotions, and events may have separate availability, venue, redemption, age, inventory, and time restrictions.
Partner information is curated and moderated, but operating hours, menus, prices, availability, and venue policies can change.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review, hide, reject, limit, suspend, or remove accounts, content, requests, messages, rewards, partner submissions, or venue listings to protect the platform.
We may preserve records needed for safety, fraud prevention, audits, legal claims, and compliance.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app or email.
